The warrior is holding an Atlatl and Dart, the precursor of the bow and
arrow. Found in Renegade Canyon, in the remote Coso Range of eastern
California, but one of over 100,000 petroglyphs identified to date, the
largest concentration of rock art in the Western Hemisphere.
